Delivery terms
Our deliveries are handled in cooperation with Pakettikauppa. Our shipping rates comes from them. From the range of transport they offer, we are using Posti, Posti Priority (standard international) and EMS (Express Mail Service). The delivery time estimates comes straight from these service providers.

These prices and times are estimates. Prices may also vary depending on the selection of products you’ve chosen to be delivered. Formalities in the customs of the destination country may affect the delivery times. Notice that Covid-19 pandemic has affected logistics worldwide and this may affect delivery times.

You’ll receive the parcel conveniently at the nearest service point or parcel machine.
Standard International
Parcel will be delivered using the most economical route. You’ll receive the parcel conveniently at the nearest service point, and in many countries it is transported to your desired address.
Express Mail Service EMS
EMS express parcels are delivered to the recipient through the fastest possible route. Delivery to the door of the recipient, handed over against a signed receipt.

Exchange and refund policy
Our products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of exchange and return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. For returns, please contact us in advance by e-mail to contact@dragetarr.fi.
Please include at least the following in your message:
- Your name, your address, your phone number
- Reason for the return
- Date when you placed the order

If you want to return your order, you must pick up your package in the mail and return it. Please note that failure to pick up the package will not result in a refund.

Overview
- You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the products you ordered.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products must be mailed within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel the contract.
- Dragetarr will pay the return costs in Finland and Sweden if the products are returned within the 14-day return period. Please note that if you return the products from another country, you will have to pay the return costs yourself.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you’re having trouble receiving your refund, use these steps to find the problem:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@dragetarr.fi.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@dragetarr.fi.
- if the problem with the product is not due to our error, we do not promise to exchange or refund the product, but we can talk about it and try to find a satisfactory solution.
