Virna is beginner friendly dragon BJD, designed with simplicity in mind. Are you afraid of breaking your doll and this is holding you back from customizing them? Virna comes unassembled, so you can put her together and eliminate any fears you may have about working and playing with your doll. She was designed to be easy to assemble and she comes with everything you need for assembling her and assembly instructions.

For beginners, one of the biggest fears is breaking something. We understand this as we are also learners. Do not worry! If your doll breaks in any way, you are entitled to one replacement part free of charge (you can of course have as many replacement pieces as you need but only one of them is free of charge), and all you need to do is cover the shipping expenses. Made to order

Our dolls are made to order.

Order and delivery schedule is if you order your doll between:

• 1st – 15th of the month
  • we manufacture and mail your order between the 1st – 15th of the next month
• 15th – end of the month
  • we manufacture and mail your order between the 15th and the end of the next month.

Made for customizing

• We send a couple of excess pieces with every Virna, so you can test your customization techniques on the material
• Doll can resist continuously 120°C and for a short period of time 180°C (not the elastic strings!). This allows you to use your favorite customization methods in high temperatures, such as curing clay in the oven and boil dyes.
• You can sand and paint it

Materials

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and high-quality materials. The doll has been sculpted by hand and was recreated using 3D modeling method. We inspect and assemble every doll by hand. We make our dolls out of Nylon (polyamide) and they’re held together by elastic bands.

Nylon

• Highly durable material. The doll should not break in normal use
• The surface is matte and white. We have sanded it to minimize the typical texture of 3D prints
• Exposure to direct sunlight for long periods of time may alter the color of the doll

Elastic bands
Elastic bands allow changing the doll’s position as desired. Bands’ tightness affects the posability of the doll.

NOTICE: Elastic strings may lose their pulling force over time. You might need to replace the strings with new ones.

Virna Warranty and Customization Security

Virna features a customization security guarantee. Once your order is placed, you have a one-piece guarantee. If any piece breaks as a result of user input, Dragetarr will send the piece free of charge. The user commits to paying for the mailing of said piece. If the user receives the doll with manufacturing defects, the shipping is covered by Dragetarr’s product warranty. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 business days of receiving the product.

Users of this product have the right to request tutorials and help from the Dragetarr team. These tutorials will be released within 30 business days of the request. The art doll is meant for beginners, and Dragetarr can at its discretion decline challenging customization requests. By challenging, we refer to customization content that is either above Dragetarr staff’s skill level or if the method requires equipment that we do not have.
